Currently, I'm going the "Keto" route. I'm doing the ketogenic diet. I started in July of 2018, and have lost 30 pounds. The majority of weight loss came during the month of July. I was lazy in August and didn't follow the diet 100%. While I am happy with the result, my plan is to use Keto only for 60 lbs of weight loss. Once I reach that goal, I plan to revert to Weight Watchers and lose weight with that program.
In my new posts, I'll share recipes, Wins, struggles, and continue to share my efforts with genealogy, kindness, and observations.
Today I snacked at work- I ate a keto dessert that has become a favorite. Strawberry fluff ...Very simple.....
Strawberry Fluff
Ingredients:
16oz of Heavy Whipping Cream
8oz Block of Cream Cheese
1 Large Box of Sugar Free Strawberry Jello
Directions:
In a bowl, pour in your heavy cream, whip until soft peaks form.
Cut your cream cheese into a few pieces, so you can put in one piece at a time. I did 3 pieces.
Whip your cream cheese into your heavy cream.
After that’s combined, pour in your jello mix.

Mix completely until incorporated.
Scrape the sides off your bowl and off the beater and give it one quick mix.
Put in your refrigerator for 2 hours to set up.

Delicious. I found the recipe on Pinterest: http://www.everythingmommyhood.com/2018/06/recipe-low-carb-strawberry-fluff-cheesecake-dessert.html
Try it. If you have questions about "Keto", don't hesitate to leave a response.
